BLUERUN
USES
Behran BLUERUN as a diesel exhaust fluid is used to reduce NOx emissions in vehicles which are equipped with SCR technology. Behran BLUERUN is required by the majority of heavy duty diesel vehicles (trucks, buses and coaches) purchased after October 2006.
BLUERUN is essential for the correct operation of an advanced pollution control technology installed in the exhaust system called selective catalytic reduction or SCR, in order to meet the Euro IV and V emissions limits. This is to ensure that the vehicle NOx emissions remain below the legal limit.
PROPERTIES
BLUERUN is a clear, non-toxic liquid that is safe to handle and does not damage the environment. It should be considered that BLUERUN is not a fuel or fuel additive. This product automatically is injected from separated tank into the exhaust system. The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) converts NOx emissions into natural water and nitrogen.
